PUF/PIR wall panels are factory-manufactured insulated building panels consisting of an insulation core bonded between protective metal sheets. The insulated core provides thermal resistance, while the outer sheets provide the finished surface and protect the panel during handling and service.
Depending on the project requirements, EPACK Prefab’s PUF/PIR wall panels can be specified with different core types, panel thicknesses, sheet materials, surface profiles and joint configurations. These components work together to form a lightweight, insulated wall system suitable for industrial, commercial and temperature-controlled applications.

How PUF/PIR Wall Panels Are Constructed
PUF/PIR wall panels are manufactured as insulated composite panels, combining an insulation core with protective metal sheets to create a lightweight and thermally insulated wall system. The main components work together as follows:
1. Outer Metal Sheets
The external and internal metal sheets form the finished surfaces of the panel and protect the insulation core during handling and service.
2. PUF/PUR or PIR Insulation Core
The insulated core provides the panel’s primary thermal insulation properties and helps reduce heat transfer through the wall system.
3. Joint / Interlocking System
The selected joint configuration connects adjacent panels to create a continuous insulated wall system. EPACK offers different joint configurations depending on the panel type and project requirements.
4. Factory-Manufactured Panel
The panel components are assembled under controlled manufacturing conditions before the finished panels are delivered to the project site for installation.
