E-Pack “Telecom Shelters” (BTS Shelters)

E-pack Polymers designs, manufactures, installs and maintains a wide range of Telecom Enclosures, including Green Shelters for accommodating highly sensitive Telecom equipments. Each Shelter has sufficient space for accommodating MW Racks, BTS equipment, Power Interface Units, Batteries and SMPS Battery Chargers. The systems are efficiently designed considering the heat generated by the enclosed equipment and environment temperature variations.

E-Pack Telecom Shelter – EPTS Series

EPTS series of “Telecom Shelters” (BTS shelters) is suitable for being used by the major telecom operators in Asian & African countries like India, Bangladesh, Sri-Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan, Nigeria, Senegal, Kenya, etc.

All shelters are thermally insulated, impermeable and hermetic so as to avoid air, or specially moisture, infiltration into the shelter.

Construction:

§         Variable thickness PU foam (CFC free) sandwiched between Pre-painted GI (PPGI) sheet.

§         PU Foam density – 40 +/- kg /m 3 , CFC free

§         PU Foam thermal conductivity - 0.0215 ~0.030W/m. Deg k

§         PU Foam Thickness - 60~80mm (user defined).

§         Walls and Ceiling - 0.6 ~1mm Pre-painted GI sheets on inner & outer side of the panels.

§         Flashings –All internal & external flashings are made up of 0.8~1.6 mm PPGI / Aluminium Sheet.

§         Base frame -  120-140microns Hot dip galvanized steel channel frame (bolted).

§         Floor - 2mm thick antistatic floor mat with 19mm marine ply board, thermally insulated by PU foam.

§         Floor Earthing - by copper foil, 50mm wide, 0.05mm thick, all 4 sides.

§         Permissible Floor Loading - User defined (Typical 2 Ton/m2)
